She founded The Speak and Shine Collection, a platform and community designed to help women take the stage, share their voice, and create powerful assets that elevate their speaking careers. What began as a small idea has grown into a movement — one built on visibility, opportunity, and connection, with women uplifting each other every step of the way.
Before launching her business, she spent more than two decades at Marks & Spencer Plc, leading Visual Merchandising across Central Europe as part of the International Group. That experience shaped her understanding of visual branding, audience impact, and the power of showing up fully.
Now, she blends her creative eye, strategic insight and passion for women’s empowerment to help you move from unseen and unheard to truly unstoppable.

Gill runs Inquisitive Coaching helping professional, mid-life women to break free from the hold of alcohol and start living a life on their own terms.
With a background in neuroscience, Gill is also an award winning TEDx speaker and best selling author of STUCK: Brain Smart Insights for Coaches.
Gill is a qualified executive coach and group facilitator and has worked with numerous clients to increase their confidence in communications and public speaking, to overcome imposter syndrome, share their stories with a positive mindset and recognise that their message matters.

Lucy McCarraher is Chair of Forbes Book UK. An international speaker, she is the author of 14 books, including the best-selling A Book of One’s Own and Book Magic, and a multi-award-winning entrepreneur. She was awarded a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the King’s New Year’s Honours List 2026 for her services to publishing and diversity.
Lucy founded the Business Book Awards, and co-founded Rethink Press and Book Magic AI – the award-winning app for entrepreneurs and experts writing their business book – of which she is the CEO.
She is the UK’s most experienced business book mentor and has guided 1,000+ entrepreneurs through planning and writing their books and this decade plus of human experience sits behind the brilliant tech of the Book Magic AI app.
Lucy facilitates masterminds for women entrepreneurs and her awards include a Stevie Award, a Great British Businesswoman Award, a NatWest Women in Business commendation and Great British Entrepreneur AI Entrepreneur of the Year.
She hosts The Phoenix Conversations podcast and co-hosts the Forbes Books podcast.
Lucy started her first publishing company while she was still at university and has worked in publishing and the media ever since. She has been a magazine editor and journalist; TV presenter, developer, producer and script writer; work-life balance expert; and has a post-graduate diploma in teaching Creative Writing and Literacy.

Emma Gaskin helps women speak up and get paid to share their story on stages. She is the founder of The Speaking Hub and an award winning speaking coach with a background in Speech and Language Therapy.
Over the past 11 years Emma has worked with more than 1,000 individuals, drawing on the science of voice and communication she studied through her degree and career in Speech and Language Therapy. During her time in the NHS she supported people recovering from strokes and brain injuries, developing a deep understanding of what happens when speech is lost and what it truly takes to rebuild a voice.
Today she helps women overcome the patterns that hold them back from speaking up and develop the skills to communicate with power, own the room and get paid for their expertise. In 2025 she was named the #2 Communication Expert in the UK and recognised as a Top 1% LinkedIn Creator. Through her Speak Up Method she blends science, psychology and practical strategies to help women magnetise opportunities with their voice.
