Kier is a London based, Visual Strategist, International Brand Photographer and best-selling published author of ‘My Voice - Journeys of Survival, Empowerment and Self-Compassion’. She is passionate about empowering ambitious business owners to have the confidence to stand out and be seen for their innate superpowers, shining for their difference by sharing their true stories.
She is an expert in visual branding after 20+ years in Marketing in Marks and Spencer Plc, including time in the International group, heading up Visual Merchandising across Central Europe.
Today she loves to help others to thrive and grow with her unique approach and experience, blending her passion and the art of photography with the science and knowledge of connecting and converting through her visual expertise.
As Founder of The Speak and Shine Collection, now she’s excited to not only take people from unseen, but unheard to unstoppable too.
Gill runs Inquisitive Coaching, helping mid-life women to break free from the hold of drinking, find their alcohol-free voice and start living a life on their own terms.
With a background in neuroscience, Gill is also an award winning TEDx speaker and best-selling author of ‘STUCK: Brain Smart Insights for Coaches’.
Gill is a qualified Executive Coach and Group Facilitator and has worked with hundreds of clients to increase their confidence in communications and public speaking, to overcome imposter syndrome, become comfortable in their own skin and share their stories with a positive mindset in service of others. She is on a mission to help everyone recognise that their message matters and they can create change in the world by finding and sharing their voice.
Amanda FitzGerald, known as Major Visibility, is a multi-award-winning PR and Visibility Strategist.
She is passionate about empowering women to step up, speak out, and get visible, one press feature and stage at a time.
Amanda mentors female entrepreneurs to confidently pitch to the press, secure podcast interviews, and land sought-after speaking gigs — resulting in game-changing media coverage and visibility that elevates their brands and attracts more clients.
Amanda’s clients have been featured on platforms including LBC, BBC, ITV, and TEDx, as well as in broadsheets, glossy magazines, and beyond.
Kay Korsh has spent 20 years dressing actors like Elizabeth Debicki, Riz Ahmed, Ben Whishaw and Lily James.
Kay knows the building blocks of amazing visual assets. Having been behind the scenes on photoshoots comes in handy when working with professional speakers. She knows what makes the best photo.
Through her decades of work on photoshoots, Kay has learnt the value of paying attention to detail. Sometimes her team went to a great length to make the smallest change. For example, a round trip 100-mile drive to get different boots for a 5-minute shot, to achieve the best result.
Kay started Mind Over Fashion to combine her passion for style with her love for learning about human behaviour. She helps professional speakers all over the world gain more confidence and find their unique look, which is aligned with their personal brand.
