Before launching her business, she spent more than two decades at Marks & Spencer Plc, leading Visual Merchandising across Central Europe as part of the International Group. That experience shaped her understanding of visual branding, audience impact, and the power of showing up fully.
Now, she blends her creative eye, strategic insight and passion for women’s empowerment to help you move from unseen and unheard to truly unstoppable.

With a background in neuroscience, Gill is also an award winning TEDx speaker and best selling author of STUCK: Brain Smart Insights for Coaches.
Gill is a qualified executive coach and group facilitator and has worked with numerous clients to increase their confidence in communications and public speaking, to overcome imposter syndrome, share their stories with a positive mindset and recognise that their message matters.
